New Manager Bootcamp - Course Outline

The course is structured into four main topics, as shown in this diagram.

Each topic is built on solid and widely accepted theory, and is brought to life through practical examples and storytelling. With a 50:50 split between classroom-style learning and interactive discussions and exercises, the experience is both dynamic and fun - giving the additional benefit of building trust and camaraderie within your cohort.

From the very beginning, delegates are encouraged to share their own challenges, and our trainers work hard to relate back to these challenges during the delivery of the material.
